- If typhoon, black rainstorm or worse weather is hoisted, our delivery service will be suspended until further notice.
Live seafood (Fish, Shrimp, Crab and Shell Fish, etc.)
- Best before use date within same day delivery. What if not receive your report within same day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.
Live shell fish and fresh Products
- Best before use date within 2 days and must be kept in storage within 4°C -5 °C. What if not receive your report within 2 day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.
- If found shell fish opening the shell, you can tap the shell fish or you can put them into ice water for several minutes, it will shut as usual.
Frozen products
- Best before use date within 30 days and must be kept in storage 0 °C below, What if not receive your report within 7 day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.
Remarks: If found the products are not well treated to cause any product damages then we won't accept any claims or liabilities.
Return goods arrangement
- If found any product issues, please follow below steps:

- No complete packaging, removed or damaged branding or not original packaging as delivered (must be same packaging and conditions as delivered)
