Scottish Live Razor Clam, around 1kg per pack, around 7" in length & 12 pcs/kg


Scottish Razor Clam is fished in various locations all around the Scottish coast. 


The razor clams are hand caught by divers who swim down to the seabed to collect them. 

 

These clams offer a tender but firm texture, mild brininess and a sweeter clam flavor than hard shell cherrystones and littlenecks.

 

Clams are a low fat, high protein seafood choice with generous levels of healthful minerals such as Selenium, Zinc, Iron and Magnesium and B Vitamins like Niacin.



Price is based on kg.  Minimum order quantity is 1 kg.
