Black Cod fishes are sustainably caught in a well-managed fishery in Southeast Alaska so that future generations can fish the same way in perpetuity.

 

Excellent source of protein and essential nutrients, such as vitamin B12 and selenium. While low in saturated fat, cod is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids that may help lower your risk of heart disease

 

Cod texture is unusually rich and smooth, pairs perfectly with a miso marinade.
